How can you offer such good prices?
We deal with large companies that produce print work and other products in bulk. Making it much more cost effective. We can therefore pass those savings on to you.
Can I give you my own artwork?
Yes you can, minimum requirements are the file must be at least 300 DPI, Saved as a CMYK NOT an RGB file. File Types we accept are .pdf, .tiff, .ai (saved as version 9) and .psd files (saved as version 7) Many other programs like Quark, Page Maker, Corel Draw etc. allow you export your files in these industry standard formats.
How long will it take to get my order?
Production and shipping will vary, depending on the item, however we try to process your order quickly. Most of our vendors charge quite a bit extra for (rush orders) so we suggest that you give yourself 10 full business days to get your order fullfilled. If there is a problem with your artwork or some other aspect of your order this will delay your items.

What is your refund policy?
We will refund your money less shipping if the item is incorrect or for some other reasonable reason your not satisfied. We make every effort to get your order correct and make sure you have approved what your getting before we order and ship the item.
